Design Process

Brief

This briefing stage is key to any interior design projects, allowing us to get to know you & your requirements and learn about how you wishes to use the property, also understands the budget scale & structural change requirement. On the basis of the brief, we prepare a proposal for the client outlining the brief & scope of work with our design fee.

Our Concept

We convert the detailed brief into a concept design where we optimize architects plans and are able to suggest, in outline, interior architectural changes and features. We will present the concept designs, which include floor plans with the proposed furniture layouts, and any structural changes that may be required, mood board presentations containing samples of all proposed finishes as well as imagery of suggested furniture and joinery concepts and we would like you to give as much feedback as possible to ensure we are on the right page.

The Design Development

After the approval of concept design we would develop the design into the more detailed drawings for the construction on site which includes spatial planning with all the interior architectural changes, furniture layouts, electrical & lighting designs, bespoke joinery, general kitchen & bathroom layouts. At this stage we will design, source, specify and obtain quotations for all items for the approval.

Design comes to Fruition

When all the detail designs are approved by client and work will commence, we will oversee the project from start to end and attend regular site meetings to ensure the design schemes are installed seamlessly and that the project is progressing as planned. We will liaise with all contractors and suppliers to ensure all the items procured & arrived when required. In addition, If you have a new purchased or already built house, we can style and accessorise your property as per your requirement to make it ready for you to live in.
